We have worked with the team at Quayle Constructions for a bathroom renovation and a new fence and carport on our property in central Lower Hutt.

The bathroom project was delivered on time with all of the trades well managed.  While working on the project the team uncovered some sub standard structural work.  They identified what they thought should be done, communicated with an engineer who accepted their proposal without question.  Taking away the stress of resolving the issue completely.  The bathroom continues to look amazing 5 years on.

The second and larger project job was designed with Shaun Anderson from AND Architecture.  It involved removing the existing fence, trees, asphalt drive, concrete wheel chair ramp.  Which was replaced by new concrete block fence, storage area with long sliding doors, carport with integrated garage door and pedestrian gate access.  The design enabled light to continue into the house while providing a two car carport.  Along the way we had several issues, but through clear communication with Rhys and the team we resolved them all.  We now have an amazingly private front space to our property that continues to provide a sense of pride in our home.

We have no hesitation in engaging Rhys and the Quayle team - we're already pondering our next job for them.
