We employed Rhys, and his team from Quayle Construction, in 2021 to carry out what we thought would be a relatively straightforward renovation of a granny flat in a 1960’s home. Sadly, it was far from straightforward, presenting many complex challenges that we thought were insurmountable, however…not being of the faint hearted, the Quayle team with extreme perseverance, dedication, creativity and excellent craftsmanship converted my granny flat from ugly duckling to the beautiful space that I love living in today.

I have very exacting expectations but even I couldn’t fault the standard of workmanship and attention to detail that shone through in every aspect of this build, from foundation to final fittings. Rhys, his team, and the tradies he employed, all provided services beyond my expectations.

The huge point of difference for me was the superb communication evident throughout the entire build. At all times I felt comfortable talking with Rhys about any aspect of the project, and I knew that I was being listened to. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and even when there were changes or tweaks during the build Rhys was accommodating and very patient! He went over and above providing extras that added lovely finishing touches to my space.

Because we were on site throughout this whole process we had the Quayle team on our property for 10 months.  For all of this time they showed us the greatest respect – they were friendly, obliging and a joy to have around!

Rhys and his team went out of their way to make this challenging project as stress free as possible. I am grateful everyday for the little slice of paradise they have created for me. It is much admired  -  a small, but perfectly built, home.

I would recommend Quayle Construction to any one who wants a build lead by a team that has integrity, provides quality and value and is powered by positive, happy people.
